The tightening nob just broke today This was my mistake, I had given this product a 2-star review because the tightening nob had broken (which has been the only flaw, the product has really helped with my neck pain), but I had forgotten that it has a 1-year warrantee--again, my mistake not theirs. I'm going to submit a request for a replacement.

Fast and efficient checkout once items… Fast and efficient checkout once items to order were determined. Unfortunately cannot add items to cart and then check out later once full research has been completed as only has a 10/15mins window, so it means multiple visits

Great service always responsive and spot on Responsive and spot on service. Always a step ahead of my expectations.. great. One negative point though, sometimes a bit too much service - same message is sent multiple times.

No more stiff neck I was waking up with a stiff, sore neck almost every morning. I tried different pillows, flipped the mattress, stretching, but nothing really helped. The Halifax device made a positive difference! I used it daily for a week and eventually tapered off to once per week. I feel close to normal again!
