NLtwo months no order received I placed an order two months ago and have not received it. I was in contact with support and they apparently resent the order but still no order has arrived. Is this a scam?

GBDidn’t deliver what i ordered and no reply from them! Would NOT recommend! ordered the 4D brow starter kit and also a separate 3 pointed pen. Received the pen after a long wait but no sign of the the 4d kit. Could have bought the pen for a quarter of the price i paid. No response to my emails!

USRegret my purchase I ordered the brow gel with the feathering brush. I waited three weeks for delivery, and received the brow gel, but no brush. I have been going back-and-forth via email with the company to no avail. I will now be contacting my credit card company to complain. Buyer beware.
