NLtwo months no order received I placed an order two months ago and have not received it. I was in contact with support and they apparently resent the order but still no order has arrived. Is this a scam?

GBDidn’t deliver what i ordered and no reply from them! Would NOT recommend! ordered the 4D brow starter kit and also a separate 3 pointed pen. Received the pen after a long wait but no sign of the the 4d kit. Could have bought the pen for a quarter of the price i paid. No response to my emails!

GBOne star is generous because this… One star is generous because this product is not usable. I purchased this product for eyebrow definition and I’m sent a soft square brush and a tube of brown die with a lipstick sponge, and in a used box all taped back together. There is no way this product will work. In addition, the ingredients of the dye are listed as ‘water’ nothing else. This is obviously a complete rip off.
