Very happy I am very pleased to be working with 9am to get my diabetes under control and learn about better nutrition. The set up was effortless and the team of Maggie and Marina have been tremendously helpful to me. Every question that comes into my mind they have been helpful to answer and the response time I am very pleased with. I was nervous about using an online site for my healthcare but the attention they give to me you will never be able to get from waiting in a doctor's office only to have a five (5) minute conversation. I would recommend using 9am to anyone who serious about taking control of their health and being heard and understood by medical staff.

A breath of fresh air…. After relocating across the country to a state with many healthcare challenges, I found it difficult to manage the multiple conditions I have. While managing my health via telemedicine with my former PCP, I waited for appointments on long waiting lists. After meeting with my new PCP I learned how green she was since she was right out of residency. I knew I needed more support and found 9am. It has been a true breath of fresh air. As a black women, to be listened to, supported and cared for is so very rare in healthcare. I honestly feel I am finally on the right journey for lasting healthcare not just a bandaid, a new prescription and 3 month appointment. It’s all the little things in between that I need support, accountability and consistency with. Finally real support for obesity related conditions to assist so many in getting back to real health.

To say these guys saved my life is only… To say these guys saved my life is only slightly extreme. I had high cholesterol (even while not eating the foods that cause high cholesterol). My Dr. did not believe me when I told him I was not eating the foods that caused high cholesterol. It's called genetics. I highly recommend 9 am to anybody wanting to take their healthcare into their own hands and have some control.

They were able to send me my prescriptions and tell me which lab work to have done, so that I can then upload the results to them. I received a call from the person in charge of my health treatment plan, telling me I can call if I have questions or need help. It was so nice that she reached out to me. I recommend 9am Health to anyone who needs convenient, quality care that is affordable, especially to those without insurance or who have high deductibles.

Great place to get metformin (extended… Great place to get metformin (extended release). When my new labs came in, they raised the dose upon my request. Great customer service when I had a misunderstanding. They also have nutritionist consults available by the next day, including weekends. Way better than my local primary care for my prediabetes and high cholesterol. They also offer blood pressure meds.
