STEER CLEAR!!! I’ve taken out a payment plan with Tabeo on a company that hasn’t delivered on its promise and Tabeo hasn’t been the slightest bit helpful at helping me find a solution. It’s a typical ‘computer says no’ approach to customer service. The company are happy to take your money but if the service you’re paying for ceases to exist Tabeo won’t have your back in the slightest. I subscribe to companies that care and genuinely want to take ethical approaches to ensuring that their customers are looked after. When alerting Tabeo of the company I no longer recieve a service from all I received was “if you cancel your direct debit with us it will nagatively impact your credit rating”. I’m paying £60 a month for absolutely nothing and Tabeo aren’t helping in the slightest to resolve my issue. It’s an unethical poorly managed company without an ounce of humanity which in this day and age is appalling. I will NEVER use them again after my loan term is up and will make sure as many people as possible know what kind of company it is. Stay clear and use a company that will protect you if anything goes wrong.

Breach contracts and threaten you The closest company to modern day criminals. We’re finance providers for SDC ( who went bankrupt ) and has forced thousands of people to continue with payments and ignore their contracts for right to redress if the contents weren’t received in full. Nearly impossible to receive any response from and when you do it’s a copy and paste template. Then the love to threaten you with legal actually is almost comical. Find your finance provider literally anywhere except these. Absolutely disgusting company

Do not use these for credit I had no issues with Tabeo whilst I had a plan with them in 2021 (paid off in full in 2022) At the start of this year I checked my credit score and it had dropped considerably due to a ‘missed instalment’ to Tabeo that they had tried to take in December 2023. I called and was advised that this was an internal error and they would rectify this. They did rectify this and my credit score was updated. We are going through a remortgage process at present and my credit score has now been affected by yet another ‘missed payment to Tabeo’ As noted above, I finished my payment plan in 2022 and have never missed a payment on any bill or monthly cost. This appears to be another ‘internal error’ but this one if having a detrimental affect on my mortgage application. I would urge anybody with an old plan with Tabeo to check their account urgently. This company appear to be charging people years after their plans are complete
