GBSTEER CLEAR!!! I’ve taken out a payment plan with Tabeo on a company that hasn’t delivered on its promise and Tabeo hasn’t been the slightest bit helpful at helping me find a solution. It’s a typical ‘computer says no’ approach to customer service. The company are happy to take your money but if the service you’re paying for ceases to exist Tabeo won’t have your back in the slightest. I subscribe to companies that care and genuinely want to take ethical approaches to ensuring that their customers are looked after. When alerting Tabeo of the company I no longer recieve a service from all I received was “if you cancel your direct debit with us it will nagatively impact your credit rating”. I’m paying £60 a month for absolutely nothing and Tabeo aren’t helping in the slightest to resolve my issue. It’s an unethical poorly managed company without an ounce of humanity which in this day and age is appalling. I will NEVER use them again after my loan term is up and will make sure as many people as possible know what kind of company it is. Stay clear and use a company that will protect you if anything goes wrong.
