Service is good I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed. Speed is good - in some cases latency and DL speed is actually faster connected than without, due to ISP shaping. There was an accounting problem that took a little longer to resolve, but they eventually sorted that too - faith restored. Would recommend.

After the vpn working for 1 to 2 weeks, my video streaming started to get throttled and browsing was slow and erratic. I would switch servers and after 1 to 2 weeks, it would get throttled again. This happened 3 times in a row. I opened a ticket to complain and ask for help. They closed my ticket and refused to help or explain. So it would appear they throttled after a certain amount of data is used. Buyer Beware!!

More servers have been added and you can stream USA services when out of the country. The chat customer service team is top notch. Lifetime subscription is fake 1st They Sell lifetime subscription and then limit the servers and ask to upgrade with money 2nd Most of servers are not working 3rd Even if get connected it connect to another location not as you choose, for example you choose USA and show it's connected to USA and the actual they connected to UK 4th they speed is very bad and always disconnect Fake service take care and dont buy lifetime with this company they are scammers.
