More servers have been added and you can stream USA services when out of the country. The chat customer service team is top notch. They own up to every situation and go out of their way to make me feel valued. Fastest VPN doesn't' get the recognition that they should compare to some of the other big names in VPN. I can't even remember how many VPNs… I can't even remember how many VPNs I've used - and there are always problems. However, their support person, Frank Wheeler was magnificent. Couldn't have asked for more or better!

They advertise unhindered speeds and… They advertise unhindered speeds and bandwidth, unfortunately this is a lie. After the vpn working for 1 to 2 weeks, my video streaming started to get throttled and browsing was slow and erratic. I would switch servers and after 1 to 2 weeks, it would get throttled again. This happened 3 times in a row. I opened a ticket to complain and ask for help. They closed my ticket and refused to help or explain. So it would appear they throttled after a certain amount of data is used. Buyer Beware!!

All I can say is AWESOME... Having been a member for many years, I have never had any problems. The app is constantly updated by the excellent team and keeps growing. Only today did it stop working and after dealing with Frank from support, he solved the problem. Keep doing what you do guys; everything works well. Don't break a well-oiled machine!
