PH5 years I have been with Fastest VPN 5 years I have been with Fastest VPN. I have seen the service improve continuously. More servers have been added and you can stream USA services when out of the country. The chat customer service team is top notch. They own up to every situation and go out of their way to make me feel valued. Fastest VPN doesn't' get the recognition that they should compare to some of the other big names in VPN. I highly recommend Fastest VPN

ZAService is good I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed. Speed is good - in some cases latency and DL speed is actually faster connected than without, due to ISP shaping. There was an accounting problem that took a little longer to resolve, but they eventually sorted that too - faith restored. Would recommend.

TWAlthough not perfect, it is acceptable I believe you all know how this company treats old TLD users, but what I want to share is something different. If you want to upgrade to the PRO plan (if customer service didn't deceive me, this is the highest level plan), you can make your request to customer service, and they will offer various upgrade discounts based on your "situation." If you think the upgrade discount is acceptable, you can upgrade accordingly. It's completely up to you, but at least I think I can accept it. I believe they didn't actually intend to bully old users, but this approach will only make old users unhappy. I hope you can take a look at my review before making a decision.
