Redirected to a russian website After paying for their services never saw an unlock, reply or refund. When applied for an unlock was redirected to a russian website , though was a mistake. Now I understand why , wasted my money on wind .

Legit Once I received the email that my phone was unlocked, the rest of the process took all of 2 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the "customer service number" listed, but I did get quick responses via email. Also, it took a little longer than I expected, about 4 days, but chances are it was an AT&T maintenance thing so no big deal.

Customer Service done RIGHT! The staff at this site make it seem like they have known you for a while, and will jump through HOOPS to ensure you are satisfied. Best service ever!! I called around to different places asking if they could unlock my ATT 5s and they couldn't do it because of firmware issues. Awesome When the AT&T Device Unlock Portal and the supposedly cheap eBay services fails you, ATTUnlocker.us comes through with flying colors.
