Good service but not transparent enough! Ordered the standard unlock, and in less than 24 hours I was notified that it hadn't worked and immediately refunded. Then I tried the premium unlock, which took 4 days, but it worked! I'm very happy with it. My only qualm is that the website did not explain why my standard unlock didn't work, and what the benefit of the premium unlock was.

Excellent Service! Fast and Reliable! A friend gave me an Iphone 5 for free because she was relocating overseas. Unfortunately, she no longer have the receipt of purchase and AT&T would not unlock it. Easy, Quick, Effective for In-contract phone! Tried another service to unlock my AT&T phone, but it apparently didn't work and we only found out after being in Hong Kong and discovering that the pre-paid SIM card wasn't working.
