overall average and good for basic… overall average and good for basic needs .Ikeymonitor is by far the best monitoring app I’ve came across and I’ve tested quite a few. The ecloud panel is super easy to navigate and you don’t sit there hitting 10 different buttons trying to figure out what it means. It’s user friendly, the format is simple but amazing! It has more features than most others and the customer support is 5 stars in my book!!!

Horrible experience Horrible experience. They continued charging me for a full year after I cancelled my subscription. I even received a termination email from their credit card processor (PayPro Global). Very unsatisfied with their service. They refuse to refund me and are blaming me for their mistake. I have not used their product after I cancelled, yet I still got charged. STAY AWAY, do not purchase their product unless you have money to burn.
