The customer support in the discord server is excellent, I'm afraid I may have pestered them with a few too many questions but they were super patient and kind. Generally I would recommend using.

Genuinely Brilliant. I first came across Floofy Hosting whilst talking to the COO. He pointed out that I was severely overpaying for my host - I made the switch to Floofy and haven't looked back! We did have an issue on the 3rd night however the support team was incredibly helpful, Abdullah, Balin and Ethan are absolutely brilliant (and I'm sure the rest of the team is too!!)
