Floofy has changed everything I think about MC Hosting. I was temporarily suspended because my bandwidth was being used by a lot of players, but they purchase and provide node with more bandwidth. In many cases, if I get kicked out of a node, that will be the end of it. And they are always working on new and easy to use features and their support is functional almost 24 hours a day. The status page and specs for each node are also available, and the hosting is cheap and very reliable.

Bad customer support Asked for me to give out my VPS root password in a ticket any staff member could view, proceeded to terminate it for abuse after the VPS was accessed by another party and claimed it was due to a weak password.

Genuinely Brilliant. I first came across Floofy Hosting whilst talking to the COO. He pointed out that I was severely overpaying for my host - I made the switch to Floofy and haven't looked back! We did have an issue on the 3rd night however the support team was incredibly helpful, Abdullah, Balin and Ethan are absolutely brilliant (and I'm sure the rest of the team is too!!) I'm looking forward to bringing more of my servers over to you guys.
