With many of them using KVM VPSs and Discord Bot Hosting in general to perform basic or even complex tasks. Not once was we to face any issues such as low latency, bugs, or common downtimes. Although there was an issue with their NYC-02 node - the staff kindly but quite promptly offered me a VPS to move my Discord Bot Hosting plans too in the meantime or to move to a new node while NYC-02 was to be sorted out. I have been using the cheapest VPS plan running WindowsServer 2019, tho they offer 20GB on the plan, I ran out of storage, and it's not really worth it anymore, It would be great if you guys do some Storage value changes for your Windows customers. Bad customer support Asked for me to give out my VPS root password in a ticket any staff member could view, proceeded to terminate it for abuse after the VPS was accessed by another party and claimed it was due to a weak password.
