The company has good servers hosting The company has good servers hosting, I like their products and services depite they are new in the feild of business. They are not like the other money looters that enjoy their customers. their shiipping cost is very friendly and the delivery is also very fast. I like how the company operates and the good communication they embrace.

Amazing staff & Amazing support Amazing staff & Amazing support, have used them for the past i'd say 9 months and have had very minor issues, the issues that i have had, got fixed fast! Very kind staff & amazing servers <3 love them! I have tried other server providers in the past (100up, ovh, etc etc) and they've just had issues for me!

Really had a great experience Really had a great experience using them. I have been using the cheapest VPS plan running WindowsServer 2019, tho they offer 20GB on the plan, I ran out of storage, and it's not really worth it anymore, It would be great if you guys do some Storage value changes for your Windows customers. Overall having great fun. Edit- Got upgrade, 5/5

Trusted Support Team Trusted Support Team. They also help out with other things than just servers. All private credential information is safe. Thanks to BG for helping me purchase nitro because i was lacking credit card. Their support is still active even outside floofy.

Support is really not good. I just wish that the support was as great as the pricing. I've logged a ticket on Discord explaining my problem and asked for assistance. After waiting for a while I decided to log a support ticket on their website instead. When I got back to Discord a few moments later, my ticket was deleted. I reopened one asking why it was deleted and the CEO explained that it doesn't speed up the process if I log the same problem twice. Instead of deleting it, they just could have answered me and closed my other ticket via the website. But instead he will read it and close it. I'm still waiting on a response eventhough the CEO saw my ticket. It's very unnecessary.
