Best PMS Fantatic software, the customer service is great and the price is the best price available in the market. I have done an extensive research about pmss and I can say Hostify is comparable to guesty, eviivo and zeevou at a fraction of the price.

My account manager is the BEST I like the UX, even thought is not that easy to use. The attention I´ve received from my account manager is trully the best. I´ve had a couple of issues though: 1) The Stripe Integration is not working for me, 90% of all my reservations are marked as failed o error 2) The TASKs plataform does not work at all, every time my staff tries to use it, the app closes, the checklists are to short, only 10 items and is very slow.

No more overbookings! With Hostify we've reduced our time spent handling bookings and manual payments. We don’t have to stay on top of those bookings and collect the payments manually anymore. Hostify we can keep information uniform on all booking websites automatically. And forget about overbookings! I also love the Multicalendar because it gives us a great overview of past, current and future bookings.

The biggest problem is this app is…very slow I'm sharing an update on my Hostify experience. Firstly, I want to express my genuine appreciation for the commendable support efforts. However, the problem with undelivered/disappearing messages still persist. Regrettably, I contact support less often now, prioritizing immediate client assistance over constant outreach for support. I want to bring to the attention an interaction I had with the manager regarding my concerns. While I truly appreciate the manager's willingness to address and resolve the issues by suggesting direct communication, during our conversation, the manager requested that I delete my negative comments, adding that I should keep them only if it makes me feel good about myself, which left me feel uncomfortable with a sense of psychological pressure, as I believe everyone should be able to share their true thoughts openly. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a more negative perception of the app and overall user experience. I believe open and constructive communication is crucial, and I hope Hostify can address these issues transparently and ensure a more comfortable experience for all users. Best regards,
