NZChallenges with Software and Support: A Year-Long Customer Experiencecompany… I've been a customer of this company for a year, and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been great. The software still feels unrefined, with numerous features failing to deliver as promised. A notable issue is its inability to accurately retrieve phone numbers from Airbnb guests, which means I'm unable to send text messages or use WhatsApp for communication. The support team also seems to lack the necessary knowledge to provide effective assistance. Adding to the frustration is their policy on account cancellation; it cannot be done online and requires manual intervention. Despite being told that the sales support team would contact me regarding this, I've received no communication. As a result, I'm now forced to involve my bank to pursue a chargeback.

PTWe are having a great experience with… We are having a great experience with Hostify, after 5 years working with a all in one software similar, this change for Hostify definitely change daily tasks and solve problems that we have in the past. He made the onboarding with Diogo Sosa and he is very welcoming and professional.

PTThe biggest problem is this app is…very slow I'm sharing an update on my Hostify experience. Firstly, I want to express my genuine appreciation for the commendable support efforts. However, the problem with undelivered/disappearing messages still persist. Regrettably, I contact support less often now, prioritizing immediate client assistance over constant outreach for support. I want to bring to the attention an interaction I had with the manager regarding my concerns. While I truly appreciate the manager's willingness to address and resolve the issues by suggesting direct communication, during our conversation, the manager requested that I delete my negative comments, adding that I should keep them only if it makes me feel good about myself, which left me feel uncomfortable with a sense of psychological pressure, as I believe everyone should be able to share their true thoughts openly. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a more negative perception of the app and overall user experience. I believe open and constructive communication is crucial, and I hope Hostify can address these issues transparently and ensure a more comfortable experience for all users. Best regards,
