PTThe biggest problem is this app is…very slow I'm sharing an update on my Hostify experience. Firstly, I want to express my genuine appreciation for the commendable support efforts. However, the problem with undelivered/disappearing messages still persist. Regrettably, I contact support less often now, prioritizing immediate client assistance over constant outreach for support. I want to bring to the attention an interaction I had with the manager regarding my concerns. While I truly appreciate the manager's willingness to address and resolve the issues by suggesting direct communication, during our conversation, the manager requested that I delete my negative comments, adding that I should keep them only if it makes me feel good about myself, which left me feel uncomfortable with a sense of psychological pressure, as I believe everyone should be able to share their true thoughts openly. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a more negative perception of the app and overall user experience. I believe open and constructive communication is crucial, and I hope Hostify can address these issues transparently and ensure a more comfortable experience for all users. Best regards,

MXMy account manager is the BEST I like the UX, even thought is not that easy to use. The attention I´ve received from my account manager is trully the best. I´ve had a couple of issues though: 1) The Stripe Integration is not working for me, 90% of all my reservations are marked as failed o error 2) The TASKs plataform does not work at all, every time my staff tries to use it, the app closes, the checklists are to short, only 10 items and is very slow.

PLpowerful PMS with swift customer service swift customer service, available 24/7 incl weekends. Reply rate is usually within an hour, which is phenomenal for a customer service in this industry! hostify itself has all necessary features to manage multiple properties across all essential OTAs and allows to integrate with most of the existing services in the industry (pricing tools, upsell services, etc). Realtime sync between calendars on different channels, no double bookings issues. You can meet them in person on trade shows and request features to be implemented. Using hostify since 2019.

GBOMG, I cannot tell you how bad this system adn customer support is! I went through their sales process, set up my account, ran it for a week. One of my biggest gripes was the customer service, I should say LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their sales guy assured me that was because it was a trial account and paying customers get quick responses. Uh, not sure how else to put this but he lied. Same non-response after they took the money. After a week I realized this system is woefully inadequate for my needs, I have twenty listings and the triggers were way off, like by hours and in some cases did not work, the system is very difficult on mobile and in general has some of the worst latency I have ever experienced from a Saas provider of any industry. I lost thousands in bookings from trying them out. I went back to my old provider and was back in business. Then to compound the issue, I could not get them to answer me to cancel. It has been several months, and they still bill me, they do not respond to me and locked me out of my account but they bill me. I disputed the charge with my cc and and they have not responded to them either. This was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing. Bottom line, SAVE YOUR TIME and look elsewhere, this system is abysmal.
