GBNothing better. Been with these guys for over a yr now and I really don't know what to say. These guys are the best around and I am really impressed, so impressed in fact, I will never be looking for another host -despite the price. I've already gotten to know over the time I've been with them most of the team. And I've had a slew of problems on the server (Almost none were cubedhost's fault -W/ the exception of cPanel, which they eventually fixed). They handled professionally and fast. The team at Cubedhost I not only applaud for how they treat their customers, but how they are able to still put on a smile with how much I talk to them. SGAn Excellent Host! I don't know where all this bad reviews are coming from. Honestly I feel they are a bit pricey(with their latest promo, they are closing the gap), comparing with other services hosting in Singapore. But boy do they deliver when it comes to customer support. They help address issues on lags, help me config things, provide me with great suggestions, basically anyway they can help me they try their best. If they cant, which is rare, they point me in the right direction. Thanks always to Bill, Sam(if that's their real name.) and the whole team. Its been just over 2 years now hosting with them.

GBTerrible customer support. The quality of their servers are good but, when it comes to their support it takes them about 12 hours to answer a ticket and I had to wait 8 days for a server transfer when I purchased an upgrade and i've been waiting 5 days with no result for a server restoration! If you go with this company be warned, their customer support is horrible!

DEWhere is the good support Where is the good support? I have automatic payments activated and still my server was closed because no payment. That's not the issue. I wouldn't give a bad review because of this. The problem starts later when I try to reach out the support. In the moment of writing it is the 14th hour of waiting. Wrote couple of times and the answers are - in the next 45 minutes, as soon as possible, thank you for your patience. 14 hours. Two of my players went to play at another server. The server is going great, but the 45 minutes yesterday, that are actually 14 hours for now.. Where is the good support? Really sad about this!
