Gets the job done but somewhat quirky Product itself can be quirky or temperamental on occasion (not all features work consistently eg. direct save from scan has never worked for me but works great from my personal scanner but works for other people great), occasionally files scan the first page in upside-down). That said, gets the job done with regards to electronic scanned file storage in organized, efficient manner. Service is seldom needed but when needed responsive and helpful. Cost per hour is pretty expensive as compared to other service providers.
