Horrible Customer Support Horrible Customer Support Live subscriber support DOES NOT EXIST!!!! JUST HORRIBLE. EMAIL SUPPORT IS JUST AS BAD. They still have not updated me on the FiberCut. This was 1 week ago and I have sent 3 emails.
