USThis Company fraudulently charged my… This Company fraudulently charged my credit card for an alleged subscription without my request, consent or authority! This is THEFT! Then I requested a refund and cancellation, and it sends back an email asking for more detailed credit card info!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES & SCAMMERS!!

GBRefund I subscribed to UltraVPN but unfortunately it didn't work in certain locations. I contacted them to cancel my subscription, when I eventually gave them the correct information about my account they refunded me the next day. Excellent customer service who went above and beyond to help me. Very satisfied with their overall service.

DEThis company is absolutely horrible and… This company is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend them. Once I had already paid for their services, it was determined that they did not provide VPN services for television viewing. In light of trying to cancel their services well within the 30-day trial period, this did not happen. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative, but unfortunately it was after the 30 days and all the rep could do was recommend that I use the service with other mediums. I live overseas and only needed it for watching TV. I work in an electronics store and I will definitely recommend to my customers that any other company is more reputable!

HRGood customer service! I asked for a refund after buying subscription not knowing that it does not have app for Fire TV and they kindly replied and refunded me.

GBRequest to cancel subscription without quibble. They responded to a request to cancel my subscription very quickly and with grace. No quibbling from them. I cancelled as I would no longer have a laptop at home. Cheers Paul Maher
