GBRefund I subscribed to UltraVPN but unfortunately it didn't work in certain locations. I contacted them to cancel my subscription, when I eventually gave them the correct information about my account they refunded me the next day. Excellent customer service who went above and beyond to help me. Very satisfied with their overall service.

AUThis is a good service but bandwidth is poor This is a good service and connects to the BBC. However, the bandwidth is not enough to play a programme without the circle of death appearing about four or five times an hour, which is annoying. BBC often states that we don't have enough bandwidth to play the programme. Express VPN works on all sites and does give you a good amount of bandwidth so you can watch other channels.

GBRequest to cancel subscription without quibble. They responded to a request to cancel my subscription very quickly and with grace. No quibbling from them. I cancelled as I would no longer have a laptop at home. Cheers Paul Maher

It took two chats, one with Percival M. and one with Carl J. I also had need to contact a phone rep. (Conrad) near the end of my problem solving adventure. Being a novice in navigating computer issues, I needed a lot of help. All of the reps. I encountered were friendly, patient, and more than willing to make sure everything was in order. My sincerest appreciation goes out to all of you. You need to talk to the 'powers that be' about getting a raise! ;)
