AUThis is a good service but bandwidth is poor This is a good service and connects to the BBC. However, the bandwidth is not enough to play a programme without the circle of death appearing about four or five times an hour, which is annoying. BBC often states that we don't have enough bandwidth to play the programme. Express VPN works on all sites and does give you a good amount of bandwidth so you can watch other channels.

USAbsolutely no support can never speak… Absolutely no support can never speak to a support tech just email work around 3 times told them iOS iphone keep getting do this on your computer, bon had to constantly reloaded worked great when loaded has not worked in over a week and no human to call . On phone take couple of mins to fix

USI have not been able to get the VPN… I have not been able to get the VPN connection up and running after multiple downloads, deletions and hours of trying. It actually blocks all other wifi options from accessing the internet. The tech support phone number tells you to "send an email". The online chat feature does not open. There is no way to reach tech support in a timely period.

NZTwo issues Two issues: 1) too many attempt to divert (Push Now etc), whether ads or not - all of which my computer security is blocking malicious material from. Your site doesn't feel very safe. 2) I'm a big fan of British series, but many seem to be missing episodes on all your servers. I'd rather the series wasn't listed if it isn't all there - it's really frustrating. But thanks for the amazing, up-to-date selection - what a range!
