GBTechnical Support That Helped I had some technical issues with renewing my UltraVPN subscription. When I realized that I could not fix the problem myself, I contacted the company via email. I had a number of email exchanges with different individuals in their customer service and was "made right". The staff responded in a reasonable time frame and obviously wanted me to be satisfied. In the end, I am. I give 4-stars solely based on the need to seek out help and being unable to be to take care of things myself.

IEUltra VPN will not cancel your… This VPN will not cancel your subscription and will continually steal money from your account at much higher rates than they advertise for their "service". Avoid and do not even send them your card details as their 30 day free trial is a scam

HRGood customer service! I asked for a refund after buying subscription not knowing that it does not have app for Fire TV and they kindly replied and refunded me.

JPSpeedy efficiency. I have encountered problems a few times since joining Ultra VPN and each time I have found the customer service personnel to be extremely helpful. I would highlight their tenacity since they keep going with a never-ending variety of suggested solutions until the problem is solved. Add to that the speed of their response and you have an ideal service.
