DEGreat forthcoming customer service Great forthcoming customer service. I subscribed to Ultra VPN, but unfortunately while testing noticed that some cities I needed are not included yet. Cancelled the subscription, trusting on the 30-day money back claim. Cancelled the package before the 30 days, but didn't know that I needed to get in touch in a separate email. Contacted them and got a really great customer service. I received timely replies and Gabriel processed the refund. Thanks much and I look forward to subscribing. It was so far the best tool compared to the others.

DEThis company is absolutely horrible and… This company is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend them. Once I had already paid for their services, it was determined that they did not provide VPN services for television viewing. In light of trying to cancel their services well within the 30-day trial period, this did not happen. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative, but unfortunately it was after the 30 days and all the rep could do was recommend that I use the service with other mediums. I live overseas and only needed it for watching TV. I work in an electronics store and I will definitely recommend to my customers that any other company is more reputable!

GBUltraVPS staff responded quickly to my need UltraVPS staff responded to my issue email quickly and gave an answer to what I needed to do in an easy to understand and implement way. I've now contacted UltraVPN twice for help both times answers came quickly.

GBGreat tech support from UltraVPN We use Zander Identity theft protection so we decided to try UltraVPN in connection with it. We have all our phones and computers connected with UultraVPN. My phone wasn’t connecting so I asked UltraVPN tech support for help. They got right on and now my phone is connecting fast and all our devices are protected! Thank you Zander and UltraVPN!
