A happy customer, across the board. I have nothing but good things to say about the help I received today from the reps at Zander UltraVPN. It took two chats, one with Percival M. and one with Carl J. I also had need to contact a phone rep. (Conrad) near the end of my problem solving adventure. Being a novice in navigating computer issues, I needed a lot of help. All of the reps. I encountered were friendly, patient, and more than willing to make sure everything was in order. My sincerest appreciation goes out to all of you. You need to talk to the 'powers that be' about getting a raise! ;)

Speedy efficiency. I have encountered problems a few times since joining Ultra VPN and each time I have found the customer service personnel to be extremely helpful. I would highlight their tenacity since they keep going with a never-ending variety of suggested solutions until the problem is solved. Add to that the speed of their response and you have an ideal service.

This company is absolutely horrible and… This company is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend them. Once I had already paid for their services, it was determined that they did not provide VPN services for television viewing. In light of trying to cancel their services well within the 30-day trial period, this did not happen. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative, but unfortunately it was after the 30 days and all the rep could do was recommend that I use the service with other mediums. I live overseas and only needed it for watching TV. I work in an electronics store and I will definitely recommend to my customers that any other company is more reputable!

Ultra VPN will not cancel your… This VPN will not cancel your subscription and will continually steal money from your account at much higher rates than they advertise for their "service". Avoid and do not even send them your card details as their 30 day free trial is a scam
