GBGood customer service I couldn't get UltraVPN to work with a particular service, so it turned out not to be suitable for my needs. Their customer service tried to troubleshoot but they were true to their word; cancelled and fully refunded with no problems. Would gladly recommend/use for future if needs changed.

GBGreat tech support from UltraVPN We use Zander Identity theft protection so we decided to try UltraVPN in connection with it. We have all our phones and computers connected with UultraVPN. My phone wasn’t connecting so I asked UltraVPN tech support for help. They got right on and now my phone is connecting fast and all our devices are protected! Thank you Zander and UltraVPN!

NZTwo issues Two issues: 1) too many attempt to divert (Push Now etc), whether ads or not - all of which my computer security is blocking malicious material from. Your site doesn't feel very safe. 2) I'm a big fan of British series, but many seem to be missing episodes on all your servers. I'd rather the series wasn't listed if it isn't all there - it's really frustrating. But thanks for the amazing, up-to-date selection - what a range!

GBAbsolutely no support can never speak… Absolutely no support can never speak to a support tech just email work around 3 times told them iOS iphone keep getting do this on your computer, bon had to constantly reloaded worked great when loaded has not worked in over a week and no human to call . On phone take couple of mins to fix

JPSpeedy efficiency. I have encountered problems a few times since joining Ultra VPN and each time I have found the customer service personnel to be extremely helpful. I would highlight their tenacity since they keep going with a never-ending variety of suggested solutions until the problem is solved. Add to that the speed of their response and you have an ideal service.
