Ultra VPN will not cancel your… This VPN will not cancel your subscription and will continually steal money from your account at much higher rates than they advertise for their "service". Avoid and do not even send them your card details as their 30 day free trial is a scam

Two issues Two issues: 1) too many attempt to divert (Push Now etc), whether ads or not - all of which my computer security is blocking malicious material from. Your site doesn't feel very safe. 2) I'm a big fan of British series, but many seem to be missing episodes on all your servers. I'd rather the series wasn't listed if it isn't all there - it's really frustrating. But thanks for the amazing, up-to-date selection - what a range!

Absolutely no support can never speak… Absolutely no support can never speak to a support tech just email work around 3 times told them iOS iphone keep getting do this on your computer, bon had to constantly reloaded worked great when loaded has not worked in over a week and no human to call . On phone take couple of mins to fix

Great forthcoming customer service Great forthcoming customer service. I subscribed to Ultra VPN, but unfortunately while testing noticed that some cities I needed are not included yet. Cancelled the subscription, trusting on the 30-day money back claim. Cancelled the package before the 30 days, but didn't know that I needed to get in touch in a separate email. Contacted them and got a really great customer service. I received timely replies and Gabriel processed the refund. Thanks much and I look forward to subscribing. It was so far the best tool compared to the others.
