GBRequest to cancel subscription without quibble. They responded to a request to cancel my subscription very quickly and with grace. No quibbling from them. I cancelled as I would no longer have a laptop at home. Cheers Paul Maher

GBI am completely new to VPNs and being… I am completely new to VPNs and being older and less and less tech-savvy, I needed a little help. I received notes and letters from several people. I am finally comfortable with having this on my computer.

GBI have not been able to get the VPN… I have not been able to get the VPN connection up and running after multiple downloads, deletions and hours of trying. It actually blocks all other wifi options from accessing the internet. The tech support phone number tells you to "send an email". The online chat feature does not open. There is no way to reach tech support in a timely period.

DEThis company is absolutely horrible and… This company is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend them. Once I had already paid for their services, it was determined that they did not provide VPN services for television viewing. In light of trying to cancel their services well within the 30-day trial period, this did not happen. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative, but unfortunately it was after the 30 days and all the rep could do was recommend that I use the service with other mediums. I live overseas and only needed it for watching TV. I work in an electronics store and I will definitely recommend to my customers that any other company is more reputable!

NZTwo issues Two issues: 1) too many attempt to divert (Push Now etc), whether ads or not - all of which my computer security is blocking malicious material from. Your site doesn't feel very safe. 2) I'm a big fan of British series, but many seem to be missing episodes on all your servers. I'd rather the series wasn't listed if it isn't all there - it's really frustrating. But thanks for the amazing, up-to-date selection - what a range!
