GBA happy customer, across the board. I have nothing but good things to say about the help I received today from the reps at Zander UltraVPN. It took two chats, one with Percival M. and one with Carl J. I also had need to contact a phone rep. (Conrad) near the end of my problem solving adventure. Being a novice in navigating computer issues, I needed a lot of help. All of the reps. I encountered were friendly, patient, and more than willing to make sure everything was in order. My sincerest appreciation goes out to all of you. You need to talk to the 'powers that be' about getting a raise! ;)

GBRequest to cancel subscription without quibble. They responded to a request to cancel my subscription very quickly and with grace. No quibbling from them. I cancelled as I would no longer have a laptop at home. Cheers Paul Maher

GBThis Company fraudulently charged my… This Company fraudulently charged my credit card for an alleged subscription without my request, consent or authority! This is THEFT! Then I requested a refund and cancellation, and it sends back an email asking for more detailed credit card info!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES & SCAMMERS!!

DEGreat forthcoming customer service Great forthcoming customer service. I subscribed to Ultra VPN, but unfortunately while testing noticed that some cities I needed are not included yet. Cancelled the subscription, trusting on the 30-day money back claim. Cancelled the package before the 30 days, but didn't know that I needed to get in touch in a separate email. Contacted them and got a really great customer service. I received timely replies and Gabriel processed the refund. Thanks much and I look forward to subscribing. It was so far the best tool compared to the others.

GBTechnical Support That Helped I had some technical issues with renewing my UltraVPN subscription. When I realized that I could not fix the problem myself, I contacted the company via email. I had a number of email exchanges with different individuals in their customer service and was "made right". The staff responded in a reasonable time frame and obviously wanted me to be satisfied. In the end, I am. I give 4-stars solely based on the need to seek out help and being unable to be to take care of things myself.
