Don't be afraid to ask for some help... I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. On two separate occasions I have lost… On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase.
