GBOn two separate occasions I have lost… On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

GBI recently took advantage of the buy 3… I recently took advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free deal that Flourish has going on, and the presets are really amazing quality at a really great price! So easy to install for mobile and desktop! Also, I accidentally bought one preset in only mobile, and they sent me the desktop version as a gift for being a valued customer. So nice to do business with a company that cares about customer relationships and responds in a timely manner!

GBEXCELLENT customer service! I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

DENeeded PayPal to get my money back Careful! Absolutely NOT serious!! Never received the presets I bought. They even never answered to the mail I’ve sent to their „support" email you can find on their homepage. As I said in the title I needed the PayPal Customer service to get my money back. Would rate no star if that would be possible.

GBGreat product and even better service I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room. However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues. A great product and amazing online service, I highly recommend this product and company.
