GBOn two separate occasions I have lost… On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

GBToo Complicated We bought several packs for our business and it was tedious trying to use them. First, you have to figure out which of their 3 file formats will work with your version of Lightroom. Many many hours later, we were able to narrow down our supported file format to DNG format, but now we have another issue: all of the images have designs on them including the company's logo that we can't remove because our paid version of Lightroom recognizes it as an uneditable image. Also, one of the packages that we purchased was 30 of the same single image. Whether we're doing something wrong or not, their images seem waay too complicated. So, for us, it's been a waste of $65 because we've given up trying to figure out Flourish Presets.

GBI am a professional photographer and… I am a professional photographer and these presets help save a lot of time in the LR batch editing process. The colors are vibrant, natural and crisp unlike many other presets I've purchased on Etsy or Instagram that claim to be universal for every photo. Flourish presets bring photos to life and saves time!

GBWould never recommend this company Would never recommend this company. Truly awful presets that will ruin your photos and discourage you. Even worse customer service once I wrote in that I was unhappy with their presets. They did not care. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

AUWorth it! Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service
