Don't be afraid to ask for some help... I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. Worth it! Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service
