Needed PayPal to get my money back Careful! Absolutely NOT serious!! Never received the presets I bought. They even never answered to the mail I’ve sent to their „support" email you can find on their homepage. As I said in the title I needed the PayPal Customer service to get my money back. Would rate no star if that would be possible.

Worth it! Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service

Gamechanger for Lightroom Editing Got their complete preset bundle in a black friday sale. I was hoping for a little more effectiveness in my workstream with Lightroom (professional wildlife photography, see caplan_photography on Insta), but ended up with a completely new approach to editing my pictures. There is a lot(!) of good stuff there that gets your creativity going. Some minor redundancies, but with roughly 2000 presets, that is completely understandable and not really an issue. Can absolutely recommend it, and I was not even paid to say this!! :-)

EXCELLENT customer service! I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

Don't be afraid to ask for some help... I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. Then I decided to get some help on having a colour base made for me, here is where Flourish Presets comes in, and with this offer that was available I got even more - basically got everything for all season photos :D added preset, adjusted some lights and done, sent photos to my clients in a few hours. As I work as a company I needed extra documentation that Flourish Presets created specially for me and my accounting. With no questions asked got everything I needed.
