Great product and even better service I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room. However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues. EXCELLENT customer service! I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!
