TRThere is not enough level of academic… There is not enough level of academic usage support both price and technical support. In the first year, technical support was very good level but now there is not enough helpful.

GBI was a customer for 4 years I was a customer for 4 years. Their solver worked great and they had good customer & technical support. But all of a sudden their customer support went away and the good people that supported me in the past are gone. Solver quit working on Excel and nobody to solve my problem. Unfortunately I had to quit them. In the past I would rate them A+ but not anymore. Buyer Beware!
