Nothing good to say Gave me the wrong info....not the person I was looking for but looked up the address current owner instead of the name I gave them. the data was so messed up. I asked for my money back and they said i need a PayPal account to get the refund. which i still haven't received. yes it was a smaller order but its all about the details with skip company's.the only ones that were right was the wrong person. it took me a couple of days to relies it so that was very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service

Spam texts/ emails Had a very positive experience with the company on 7/26/21. They timely delivered skip-tracing, 81% hit rate: good price. Left them a 5 star review on their website. Left the real-estate industry several months later. Received excessive number of texts from them and asked to be removed from their list as I no longer needed their services. They finally stopped, but still kept my information and sent me another email today. They do not respect customer contacts. I have talked to multiple managers, and I am still being reached out to contrary to what they say. Do not recommend.
