GBOver promised and paid, under delivered. Keep looking For what you get, this is a lot. There are other cheaper options out there you can use. The AI wasn't there and it didn't respond well most times to clients. The app kept crashing. And when i did end up switching, they didn't even allow me to port my old number to a new carrier. I'm sure it works well for some users, but even if it were a perfect match, there are still cheaper alternatives out there that are just as good.

GBRobert and his assistant still call and leave me messages... Robert and his assistant still call and leave me messages... Regarding the adressed above, I am requesting for some type of solution brought forth regarding the matter. Adam's testimonial is not truthful. We closed 0 deals, and lost everything. The biggest expense of it all was this AI system, which costed us around 10-15k collectively. He was just being nice to Jon. I still get messages and voicemails (which I have saved) from Robert and his "assistant" to join WooSender, even after I am clearly in the system, AND have already decided to part ways. But are you kidding me? Shows a lack of professionalism when you're that disorganized that you're contacting clients who have already signed up! Pathetic...

GBStinks of phishing scam Started getting text messages from someone who knew my name but wouldn't identify themselves...typical phishing tactic. After a week of anonymous texts, the guy finally said he was from Woosender but he had already blown any opportunity of a conversation. Stay away.

GBDon't trust WooSender During the presale process, they greatly misrepresented their product to obtain our money. When it didn't work, instead of standing behind their false claims, they stole our money. I would highly recommend against considering them! They are nothing but thieves.

COBeware of WooSender's Misleading "AI" Marketing Our experience with WooSender was deeply disappointing. Marketed as a cutting-edge conversational AI tool, the platform was drastically underwhelming, functioning merely as a rule-based chatbot without the nuanced, human-like conversational abilities we were led to believe it possessed. This glaring disparity between what we were sold and the actual product constitutes misleading marketing. The refund process further aggravated our experience. We were initially led to believe a full refund was being processed. However, after an 11-day wait for the refund to hit our account, they unexpectedly reduced their refund offer to just over 1/4th of what we had paid, demonstrating a startling lack of professionalism in handling legitimate customer complaints. The operational limitations of WooSender's platform not only failed to enhance our efficiency but actively resulted in substantial financial and operational setbacks, including damaged leads and eroded client trust. Despite our substantial investment in integrating their system, expecting it to revolutionize our interactions with prospective clients, the outcome was disastrously counterproductive. Given the stark deviation from their promises and the consequential negative impact on our business, a full refund was both justified and necessary. However, our attempts to seek a fair resolution, including a BBB complaint, were met with silence and neglect, even from their legal counsel. It became clear that WooSender's strategy was to delay and deflect, hoping to escape any financial consequences of their deceptive marketing practices. We caution prospective clients about the gap between WooSender's marketing and their actual service, as well as their unprofessional post-sale conduct.
