GBDidn’t work for me at all I used the pillow as instructed and woke up an hour and fourth five minutes into my sleep with stabbing pain that lasted the whole next day. I had to miss work the pain was so bad.

GBThus far...EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Thus far, my Pillo1, Original Latex Medium is an EXCELLENT product, which seems to be greatly relieving my neck and shoulder pain, numbness in arms, etc. Customers should NOT be confused with "look-a-like" Pillo1 pillows...there is ONLY one Pillo1 pillow. :) My wife is also "testing" one to see if Pillo1 will work for her sleeping comfort. The Customer Service provided by Ms. Char Jaeger, Director of Customer Relations, Hall Innovations, LLC, has been EXCELLENT...professional, knowledgeable, customer-focused...Thank you very, very much! GBGreat for neck issues!! I have cervical stenosis so if I do not have the right neck support when I sleep it causes a lot of pain in my neck and arm. Regular pillows and even some that boast orthopedic support are not as good ad the Pillo1. I have faithfully use this pillow and have for several years (I'm on my third one!) I even travel with it. I can't sleep with any other pillow.

GBI now have 3! Support; Comfort; Sleep Better! I have 1 original at home and 2 side sleepers at different locations. All in latex; I would never get memory foam as talalay latex is the only true support for your head & neck. I should know, I have degenerative discs & have had anterior cervical discectomy fusion at C3-C5. Grateful to have found Pillo1 ! Very comfortable & no tossing & turning. The 2 side sleepers= 1 is in our camper, and 1 is at my mother's house 1300 miles away for when I visit.
