It's perfect for side and back sleeping positions and my neck and shoulders stay aligned and supported all through the night. No customer service I places my order 3 weeks ago, no information afterwards for delivery or any updates. Tried to reach them them through mails, IG massages, no luck, but already twice received a reminder to leave the review, how convenient..

The Most Comfortable Pillow on the Market The Pillo1 is so comfortable and therapeutic on my neck injury. After only a few nights sleeping on Pillo1, my pain was significantly reduced and I was sleeping through the night. After two weeks with Pillo1, I can’t imagine going back to my luxury down pillow! Great customer service! I emailed the company about purchasing another pillow when I noticed I couldn’t find them on Amazon or their website. They emailed me back stating they were in the middle of moving buildings and would email me as soon as production started back up. I got that email just as promised!
