Great customer service! I emailed the company about purchasing another pillow when I noticed I couldn’t find them on Amazon or their website. They emailed me back stating they were in the middle of moving buildings and would email me as soon as production started back up. I got that email just as promised!

I now have 3! Support; Comfort; Sleep Better! I have 1 original at home and 2 side sleepers at different locations. All in latex; I would never get memory foam as talalay latex is the only true support for your head & neck. I should know, I have degenerative discs & have had anterior cervical discectomy fusion at C3-C5. Grateful to have found Pillo1 ! Very comfortable & no tossing & turning. The 2 side sleepers= 1 is in our camper, and 1 is at my mother's house 1300 miles away for when I visit.

Thus far...EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Thus far, my Pillo1, Original Latex Medium is an EXCELLENT product, which seems to be greatly relieving my neck and shoulder pain, numbness in arms, etc. Customers should NOT be confused with "look-a-like" Pillo1 pillows...there is ONLY one Pillo1 pillow. :) My wife is also "testing" one to see if Pillo1 will work for her sleeping comfort. The best pillow of all time! Dr. Hall has been my chiropractor since the 1990s. At that time, he was still in the long process of doing research & development for the Pillo1, and obtaining a patent. I'm now on my second Pillo1; they've been a tremendous help in getting good quality sleep. I have TMJ and have to wear a night guard on my upper teeth; the Pillo1 is a vital complementary tool to help me wake-up pain-free.

Great for neck issues!! I have cervical stenosis so if I do not have the right neck support when I sleep it causes a lot of pain in my neck and arm. Regular pillows and even some that boast orthopedic support are not as good ad the Pillo1. I have faithfully use this pillow and have for several years (I'm on my third one!) I even travel with it. I can't sleep with any other pillow.
