GBGreat customer service! I emailed the company about purchasing another pillow when I noticed I couldn’t find them on Amazon or their website. They emailed me back stating they were in the middle of moving buildings and would email me as soon as production started back up. I got that email just as promised!

GBThus far...EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Thus far, my Pillo1, Original Latex Medium is an EXCELLENT product, which seems to be greatly relieving my neck and shoulder pain, numbness in arms, etc. Customers should NOT be confused with "look-a-like" Pillo1 pillows...there is ONLY one Pillo1 pillow. :) My wife is also "testing" one to see if Pillo1 will work for her sleeping comfort. The Customer Service provided by Ms. Char Jaeger, Director of Customer Relations, Hall Innovations, LLC, has been EXCELLENT...professional, knowledgeable, customer-focused...Thank you very, very much! GBDidn’t work for me at all I used the pillow as instructed and woke up an hour and fourth five minutes into my sleep with stabbing pain that lasted the whole next day. I had to miss work the pain was so bad.

CANo other pillow comes close The original pillow has been so helpful for my husband. This pillow allows him to sleep comfortably on his back, and his side as needed. No other pillow comes close to meeting his needs.

SGNo customer service I places my order 3 weeks ago, no information afterwards for delivery or any updates. Tried to reach them them through mails, IG massages, no luck, but already twice received a reminder to leave the review, how convenient..
