Didn’t work for me at all I used the pillow as instructed and woke up an hour and fourth five minutes into my sleep with stabbing pain that lasted the whole next day. I had to miss work the pain was so bad.

Sleep without pain! These are the best pillows for anyone especially if you have neck and/or back pain. My sister recommended Pillo1 to me years ago and I have never turned back.
