Thus far...EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Thus far, my Pillo1, Original Latex Medium is an EXCELLENT product, which seems to be greatly relieving my neck and shoulder pain, numbness in arms, etc. Customers should NOT be confused with "look-a-like" Pillo1 pillows...there is ONLY one Pillo1 pillow. :) My wife is also "testing" one to see if Pillo1 will work for her sleeping comfort. This is my 3 Pillo and only because I… This is my 3 Pillo and only because I have only used this pillow for the last 10 years. It travels with me worldwide and the only pillow that truly works for me. I had a foraminotomy C5/C6 10 years ago, finding a pillow that allowed me to sleep on my side, comfortably, without shoulder/neck impingement changed my life. It is cooling, unlike some other side sleep pillows with seem to heat up in the night. I cannot live without this pillow, thank you to whoever invented it, because it made a world of difference to me.

I can finally sleep through the night! Since the first night of sleeping with my Pillo1, I have been able to get a comfortable, full night's rest for the first time in a couple of years! My previous pillow (made of buckwheat seeds) was supposed to help with neck pain, but I think it made me more uncomfortable. I am so glad that I found out about Pillo1 as my quality of sleep has definitely improved. Non-toxic foam materials are a bonus.

Great for neck issues!! I have cervical stenosis so if I do not have the right neck support when I sleep it causes a lot of pain in my neck and arm. Regular pillows and even some that boast orthopedic support are not as good ad the Pillo1. I have faithfully use this pillow and have for several years (I'm on my third one!) I even travel with it. I can't sleep with any other pillow.

Didn’t work for me at all I used the pillow as instructed and woke up an hour and fourth five minutes into my sleep with stabbing pain that lasted the whole next day. I had to miss work the pain was so bad.
