Fast service Fast service. Great packaging. Pipe breathes fantastically. Doesn't stay frozen long enough, although it's still very cold for a bit. Even so, I love the pipe. Use it everyday. When it's cold, the hits are great, with no coughs.

I thought I loved this company but time told the real story Cheap build quality along with very unique and not universal pieces. If one thing breaks you have to buy their $80 attachment to resume normal schedule. The bowl attachment I got to replace my bubbler is useless. Air leaks and very harsh hit. After roughly $250 and only 1.5 months of use I’ve given up on this company… over priced along with cheap quality while making you buy from them only.

The bong is well made but that's about it The bong is well made that being said The wait times was forever Communication within the company suck ass The quality of the glass is so trash that the bong can't hit anything even slightly without something breaking its absurd And the hits only nice for the first 10 mins then you gotta throw it back into the freezer even with the koozie Atleast for me this product was awful and not worth it at all

Awesome Pipe! Excellent products, fast deliveries, and great personal follow-up. What’s not to love? The pipe works so well for me as I have asthma and usually cough my brains out and don’t enjoy the smoke as much, but this takes away the harshness. So much more enjoyable! Thanks!

This company is a joke This company is a joke. Terrible products with even worse customer service reps. It took 12 business days to deliver and was advertised to arrive in 5 or less It is clear when you talk to them that they've spent a lot of effort into covering their bottoms. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. These are the only people selling this gimmicky trash for a reason.
