Dedicated and thoughtful process & team... I dealt with MC Lists in a more of a business perspective with buying an Advert from their website. The process was extremely simple and was setup in no time. We had a couple of issues at the start as the Advertising Manager had just been setup but Marc made sure that we did not pay for the time that the advert was not displaying correctly, and extended it accordingly - we did not ask this of him, he just messaged us and let us know which was a lovely thing to do. Marc let me know each step of the way how it would work and even gave me some personalised messages throughout the time that we had the advert letting us know how long was left and finding out if there was anything else he could do for us. I like it Friendly staff, easy to add a new server and configure. I wish there were more statistics and a way to add custom tags, since my server's theme can be quite specific and would be found more easily by searching for its main theme.
