However had issues with the activation so i contacted The Software Hub and they advised activating it via telephone direct with Microsoft and sent the actual download file. It did take a while to activate via the phone but it did work via this method and i have been happily using the software for the last 2 months without issue. 4* because of the minor inconvenience of phone activation.

Beware! I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus on 22nd March. The key wouldn't work, tried installing by phone, that wouldn't work either, just got cut off at the end. Went on the web chat and was told I would get a refund. On 28th March I was told by email the refund is processing, please allow a few days, but nothing has arrived. They now won't return my emails or web chat. I've tried to leave a review on their website as that's where I looked at reviews, but they didn't post my review, and of course all reviews are good!

I ordered software on Good Friday I ordered software on Good Friday. After the holiday I emailed SW hub. I received a prompt reply and the access and instructions to download the software. The MS installation by telephone is a tedious process and you need to take care to enter numbers accurately. However all went well and I have the software installed and working - so well done SW hub.
