I did have a problem accessing the link to download the software but a quick email exchange sorted it. Great to be able to liaise with a friendly human given Chat wouldn't have worked for this query. Will also buy for other PCs.

I purchased office professional 2019 I purchased office professional 2019, although no email received with the key and no reply to my emails or calls to chase this, a total con.

Beware! I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus on 22nd March. The key wouldn't work, tried installing by phone, that wouldn't work either, just got cut off at the end. Went on the web chat and was told I would get a refund. On 28th March I was told by email the refund is processing, please allow a few days, but nothing has arrived. They now won't return my emails or web chat. I've tried to leave a review on their website as that's where I looked at reviews, but they didn't post my review, and of course all reviews are good!

I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus… I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus online. No email link was sent to my account with a link as promised; the online chat service refused to work and (a day later) still no contact from them. I'll register this as a complaint with my account holder because The Software Hub is either a complete fraud or they're 'going Boeing'. Don't touch these people with someone else's bargepole...
