I ordered software on Good Friday I ordered software on Good Friday. After the holiday I emailed SW hub. I received a prompt reply and the access and instructions to download the software. The MS installation by telephone is a tedious process and you need to take care to enter numbers accurately. However all went well and I have the software installed and working - so well done SW hub. Happy User. Legit Purchased this and received the product key immediately. However had issues with the activation so i contacted The Software Hub and they advised activating it via telephone direct with Microsoft and sent the actual download file. It did take a while to activate via the phone but it did work via this method and i have been happily using the software for the last 2 months without issue. 4* because of the minor inconvenience of phone activation.
