They let me migrate my newsletter over quickly. Their support team responds with any requests. and best of all there's a strong community of beehiiv writers that share resources and help promote new newsletters on the platform. 10/10 - everyone who switches over can never look back.

*CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* *CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* In a nutshell, got billed for a subscription I cannot cancel. Sent email to support a few days ago but received no reply. (Support request ID: #50393, #50410) I still cannot cancel my subscription today so I'm sending a third support request today, let's see if they reply. If I can't cancel means I will be billed every month for a service I don't use anymore.
