Intuitively designed, it manages to strike the perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. Seriously so good! Best feature set by far The best email newsletter platform that I’ve ever used. We run programs with a lot of the old stuffy industry players and Beehiiv has a far better tech stack (and customer support) than all of them.

Newsletter Junkie… Platform seems like it is in ultra-beta mode and we all are the testers. Customer support is a little slow given the lack of platform functionality and ease of use. I will say I am going to stay with this for as long as I can because I believe in the product. But once things start falling apart I will move to sub stack.

*CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* *CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* In a nutshell, got billed for a subscription I cannot cancel. Sent email to support a few days ago but received no reply. (Support request ID: #50393, #50410) I still cannot cancel my subscription today so I'm sending a third support request today, let's see if they reply. If I can't cancel means I will be billed every month for a service I don't use anymore.

Nothing but a spam factory This is nothing but a spam factory. I signed up for one newsletter and now I am being spammed with lots of newsletters that I didn't sign up for. The net result is that I now mark ALL newsletters affiliated with beehiiv as spam.
