Newsletter Junkie… Platform seems like it is in ultra-beta mode and we all are the testers. Customer support is a little slow given the lack of platform functionality and ease of use. I will say I am going to stay with this for as long as I can because I believe in the product. But once things start falling apart I will move to sub stack.

Best feature set by far The best email newsletter platform that I’ve ever used. We run programs with a lot of the old stuffy industry players and Beehiiv has a far better tech stack (and customer support) than all of them.

A platform that keeps getting better! A platform that keeps getting better! Rarely have I subscribed to a software that I follow closely for product updates. Beehiiv is designed with the newsletter writer in mind. They have automated and templatized all the worst parts of being a creator - managing and finding advertising opportunities, tracking growth, referrals etc. so that you can focus on the most important part (the content). They let me migrate my newsletter over quickly. Their support team responds with any requests. and best of all there's a strong community of beehiiv writers that share resources and help promote new newsletters on the platform. 10/10 - everyone who switches over can never look back.

*CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* *CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* In a nutshell, got billed for a subscription I cannot cancel. Sent email to support a few days ago but received no reply. (Support request ID: #50393, #50410) I still cannot cancel my subscription today so I'm sending a third support request today, let's see if they reply. If I can't cancel means I will be billed every month for a service I don't use anymore.
