GBNewsletter Junkie… Platform seems like it is in ultra-beta mode and we all are the testers. Customer support is a little slow given the lack of platform functionality and ease of use. I will say I am going to stay with this for as long as I can because I believe in the product. But once things start falling apart I will move to sub stack.

SG*CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* *CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* In a nutshell, got billed for a subscription I cannot cancel. Sent email to support a few days ago but received no reply. (Support request ID: #50393, #50410) I still cannot cancel my subscription today so I'm sending a third support request today, let's see if they reply. If I can't cancel means I will be billed every month for a service I don't use anymore.

The feature set includes referrals, an internal ad network, blog, segmentation's and automations. Plus the UI is a wonderful experience and the team is continuing to improve the software. I’ve already upgraded my plan to fit my needs as my newsletter grows with every new post.
