My experience has been so rewarding that I recommend it to anyone looking to step up their newsletter game. Couldn't be happier with the switch.

GBThis company is going places This company is going places. I launched my newsletter using the free plan. The site and email customization even on the free plan is the best in the industry. The editor keeps getting better and delivery hasn't had any problems.

GBSupport is absolutely useless... Can't signup for a new account because they give you a 461 Error about a VPN. I don't use a VPN and everyone is getting this notice - just check Reddit complaints. Then I use my phone to signup and they say to confirm on the email, which never arrives after multiple attempts. Support is absolutely useless, who will run you in circles and never listens to anything you say. You'll waste 2 days of your life just trying to get the stupid account. And, then the fact you have to whitelist their confirmation email because its considered SPAM from an email company is insane! Go the other way!

GBThe best newsletter platform I've used I've used four different newsletter or email-building platforms in my career and beehiiv takes the cake (Mailchimp doesn't even get a slice). Editor is smooth and intuitive. Built-in website/blog/archive feature is great; first time I haven't had to manually copy/paste newsletter content to a blog myself. Team is helpful and there's so much good content on their website and YouTube channels as well.

ESOverpriced and Missing Features Beehiiv tries hard to be the 'Apple' of newsletters. Premium price. Focus on being 'user friendly'. Tons of missing customization features. Some of the most basic features like ask for a subscriber's first name when the sign up to your newsletter... are missing! Automated email sequences, which are either free with other providers until 1000 subscribers, or cost like $15/month on a basic plan... are only available on Beehiiv's $99/month plan. I personally spent a month on their 'free plan' setting things up, just to find out a lot of basic functions of email tools were simply not available, because... I'm not sure why. Also their email automation I spent time setting up, now I can only access if I pay the 99/month. but for that price, I don't really get the features I want. I cant even get access to the emails I created in there, to move them to a different platform. So frustrating. I guess they think it's cool to limit functionality? Feels more focused or exclusive? To me, it's just weird. And I'm an Apple user for the record!
