SUPPORT IGNORES ME VERY POOR SUPPORT, my account was frozen 2 months ago, I provided proof of income,support respond AFTER 2 WEEKS, that my account unlocked,but my edgefi acc still locked, I was not able to withdraw my fund or create vcc,I sent new message to support and AFTER 2 WEEKS they respond again, supp said me that my acc unlocked but he deceived me,again,the same happened again,very poor service, I have never seen such bad support anywhere,I highly do not recommend it

Great VCC Provider, Slow Support Team Been using Edge since beta. Their 10% cashback and free ACH transfers are as good as they sound. The multiple VCCs and compatibility with Apple and Google Pay are a big plus. However, their 24/7 support is a bit slow, not quite the speed I'd expect. A solid 4 nonetheless
