GBSUPPORT IGNORES ME VERY POOR SUPPORT, my account was frozen 2 months ago, I provided proof of income,support respond AFTER 2 WEEKS, that my account unlocked,but my edgefi acc still locked, I was not able to withdraw my fund or create vcc,I sent new message to support and AFTER 2 WEEKS they respond again, supp said me that my acc unlocked but he deceived me,again,the same happened again,very poor service, I have never seen such bad support anywhere,I highly do not recommend it

GB5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD I have been using these for SNKRS and other websites and it has been working flawlessly. The team works diligently updating new features and I’m sure it only gets better from here.

GBDidn't send my item! Didn't send my item! Ok so I waited a week, tracking number never updated. I wrote a 2 star review here but then deleted it because after informing them that I hadn't received the item, they reissued the parcel. Sounds fair enough except ... Royal Mail just informed me that the first parcel/tracking number was actually never received by them! "Thanks for your message, apologies for the delay in response. Having checked the tracking, we have no confirmation of this item being dispatched from the senders this is the reason for no updates. Please get in touch with the senders to discuss directly and request further information. I hope this helps. ^Jay" Fingers crossed I actually receive the next one but I won't be using them again!
