Scam First, I didn’t notice that the MS software was for PC only. It did not say it on the purchase link. It could not be returned. Then I purchased the Mac version. The key did not work and customer service was very unhelpful. They were telling me to do things I already did and calling me sir, even though my name is feminine. There were misspelled words in the email and website. It made me think this site is not legit and I should have known better. Wasted money on nothing.

Product keys had already been redeemed! Product keys had already been redeemed. Assuming this wasn't a scam on the part of Microsoftwares, I'm waiting on a response from them to my complaint and will otherwise initiate a chargeback.
