Can’t install MS as purchased email account did not match The MS software I purchase would not install because the email used to buy the software did not match mine. I tried installing on two different email accounts when was locked out of one account due to multiple failures in installing. The vendor blamed the failure to install on the lockout account. Refuse to communicate and ignore my request for refund.

I purchased several times from … I purchased several times from Microsoftwares and I've always been satisfied. I go no if the format for ordering has changed but I found it more difficult this time place and retrieve the order. Very happy with the product, though.

tried to get office 2019 installed… tried to get office 2019 installed after already purchasing office 2021. Couldn't install on my mac OS and contacted mcirosoftwares and they haven't responded with the update
