Product keys had already been redeemed! Product keys had already been redeemed. Assuming this wasn't a scam on the part of Microsoftwares, I'm waiting on a response from them to my complaint and will otherwise initiate a chargeback.

On time Paid for software, recieved instruction in mail, was able download product in responsible time. Chat was available to answer my question.. Would use company again..

Complete product and Info Information provided was enough to get Office 2021 licensed and available to download from Microsoft. Navigating through the Microsoft App is a challenge though to find where to actually download the application instead of trying to use 365 or online version.

Can’t install MS as purchased email account did not match The MS software I purchase would not install because the email used to buy the software did not match mine. I tried installing on two different email accounts when was locked out of one account due to multiple failures in installing. The vendor blamed the failure to install on the lockout account. Refuse to communicate and ignore my request for refund.
