HKBad things happened to me in Smarthost. I can't believe the misfortune I've suffered ! All of my VM's port speed were limited to 20Mbps, and the support staff was unwilling to help me in the ticket. No matter how much I try to negotiate with support staff, the response is always arrogant and unhelpful To add insult to injury, the password to my account has been changed! I had to retrieve my password via email, which is a complete lack of privacy and security. What's more, my VMs were down for 12 hours that I couldn't connect to them via SSH ! And it seems that the root password were deliberately tampered with, causing me to have to reset the root password I don't know why Smarthost was bullying me like this. I spent money but the service I got was disgusting! I even wonder if it's racist I'm sick of it All I want is to at least get rid of the 20Mbps limit on VM port speeds. "His service was therefore capped, and not suspended, as a reasonable remedy, until he gets such usage under control."----------You limited my usage, but I haven't come over here to blame you for it. And I'd even like to honor you that I actually cooperated with you. But after my password/root password was tampered with, I had to explain everything here. "Any password changes would not be related to the issue at hand."----------I'm glad you admitted that you changed my account password and root password.

GBGod forbid you need actual help God forbid you need actual help. This company, using the name Hosixy, is abusive to customers. The “support” told my client his site had infected files BUT refused to supply the results of the scan they allegedly did. Then, after I called them out for poor service, their “support” made the claim that had “just scanned and again found infected files” only this time they attached screenshots. Those screenshots showed the scan was done on 6/19, 2 weeks ago! Don’t use this company if you rely upon their help. FYI: the company has replied claiming the wrong company was reviewed. They are wrong. It was 100% them.

INGuaranteed Speed and Better Connectivity I own more than 10+ servers with them. 1) no downtime 2) better response time 3) better connection speed And they are the only provider with 20+ locations and offer all the location in VPS too.

MXAverage service, spammy, broken control panel. The control panel is botched: some links don't work, resetting password is broken. Tech support is prompt and knowledgeable. The VPS is average in performance, and more expensive than average. The only reason I contracted is that it was the only provider oferring the specific location I needed at the time. Location was more important than performance or cost for me at the time. The company loves to spam you, by trying to obtain your consent at every possible opportunity. There are reports of the mailing list being built from all past acquired businesses, which means you might receive their spam even if you are only a past customer of a business they acquired at some point. Very shady practice.
