GBRude, old hardware, ancient hardware, bad service. Find another provider, rude, bad customer service, ultra slow hosting, did not refund. Our need was 8 servers for a client, and my boss bought 1 server for my work to test. Besides being under-powered and old old Ancient hardware from 12 yrs ago, the customer service was rude. Without using it, we cancelled on the Same day within 12 hrs, but they Refused to cancel or refund our service.

BRGreat prices, stable service and quick reply In 2023-May I subscribed for a yearly VPS (linux with nvme/block storage) - 10GB + 250GB and so far, cannot say anything bad for the server or support. Have opened two tickets and both getting solved in reasonable time. It's used primarily for backups, so not much CPU tax, but is monitored from another vps in another country. The uptime and availability so far are great. Zabbix shows 98.7911% on report. Good service, would recommend.

GBGod forbid you need actual help God forbid you need actual help. This company, using the name Hosixy, is abusive to customers. The “support” told my client his site had infected files BUT refused to supply the results of the scan they allegedly did. Then, after I called them out for poor service, their “support” made the claim that had “just scanned and again found infected files” only this time they attached screenshots. Those screenshots showed the scan was done on 6/19, 2 weeks ago! Don’t use this company if you rely upon their help. FYI: the company has replied claiming the wrong company was reviewed. They are wrong. It was 100% them.
