The support provided is superb The support provided is superb. I don't often need to contact Elephant Drive but when I do I receive a prompt, helpful and well-informed reply. It is very unusual to receive such a personal service these days, and the backup service provided is also very reliable.

Take renewal payments without any prior… Take renewal payments without any prior warning and when contested only offer a prorated refund. Will be taking up with bank. UPDATE AFTER ELEPHANTDRIVE REPLY It seems it takes a bad review to get your full refund, as 24 hours AFTER leaving this review they refunded the rest of the payment.
