GBThe support provided is superb The support provided is superb. I don't often need to contact Elephant Drive but when I do I receive a prompt, helpful and well-informed reply. It is very unusual to receive such a personal service these days, and the backup service provided is also very reliable.

Storage, up- and downloading files, photos etc has worked spot on as well as synching of files/folders from various locations. Also, the team providing the service are service minded and with a short response time!

AUAMAZING support team and product! Elephant Drive support team (Daniel) went over and above to help restore data after my NAS drive was hacked and files compromised.
