GBTake renewal payments without any prior… Take renewal payments without any prior warning and when contested only offer a prorated refund. Will be taking up with bank. UPDATE AFTER ELEPHANTDRIVE REPLY It seems it takes a bad review to get your full refund, as 24 hours AFTER leaving this review they refunded the rest of the payment.

AUAMAZING support team and product! Elephant Drive support team (Daniel) went over and above to help restore data after my NAS drive was hacked and files compromised. This was all done in a very timely manner, and he helped me resolve a few issues I created for myself when restoring files. I would fully recommend Elephant Drive to anyone.
