Just found out they're owned by Monster.com (major job search platform) so they have access to a massive network of candidates, plus they post jobs to all other major job boards.

I went in thinking they were just another AST/run of the mill recruiting software, but they actually have real recruiters who identify and screen candidates for you. The platform can even hire and onboard automatically. I rarely write reviews but pivotlhire has made our lives A LOT easier and I just had to share!

Our firm has been able to fill over 10,000 jobs for 300+ companies efficiently and the candidates found with Pivotlhire have been the perfect fits for the job itself every single time. While there is a lack of HR tools after hiring a candidate Pivotlhire does what it says it does. It recruits the best talent quickly and gives you the ability to step in at anytime throughout the process to ensure each job is being filled by the right person.
