GBExcellent program I think the course content is very relatable and in short segments that were easy to process and practice. My coach Corrie is great at her job. I felt like she saw me as an individual, checked on my progress and cheered me on. While focused on pain management for my bulged L5, I have found many of the tools she offered such as breathing techniques, visualizations and self-talk empower me in areas of my life including work and general relaxation.
