I really like my coach I really like my coach, Stef, and we’ve had some really great sessions. Lin health is super convenient for me with it being online and having various time options. Lin health make consultations accessible even despite my hectic schedule. I’ve had minimal issues with the app itself aside from some disconnections here and there.

Lin Health is a wonderful program but… Lin Health is a wonderful program but like any process, a lot is dependent on the coach. Jackie is incredible. She is a great leader and identifies issues and ways to help. She became not only my coach but a friend as well!

In the beginning In the beginning, I will honestly say I was skeptical about the benefits Lin Health would do for me after trying so many treatments and they failed. As time went on every session opened my mind to learning that I can control my discomfort (Pain) if I changed the way my brain processed what I was feeling and turned it around and used the wonderful information that was be stowed to me as I reprogrammed the way I navigated my life through the pain. I also want to thank Alyssa for being such a light in the middle of a dark period in which I did not know how to handle and process what my body was going through. I know that this program can help many more like it has me.

LIN has been wonderful for my son LIN has been wonderful for my son. He has far less pain than he’s had in years. He loves meeting with his coach and she is wonderful at navigating his quirkiness.
