Exciting new treatments at the Salty Mermaid Roni is professional, friendly, and is extremely knowledgable. I love that she is always doing research and looking for more ways to bring the latest, most effective technology to our little island. I always have a great time whenever I stop in for a treatment. There have been some exciting changes as Roni has added to her team of specialists. From eye lash lifts, facials, teeth whitening, etc, I highly recommend checking out the Salty Mermaid Beauty Lounge for any of your beauty needs.

Canceled w/o communication and late to next apt Results of service (lash lift and brow wax) were decent but unfortunately, I felt the service provider was unprofessional and the service room itself was messy. The provider was late to my scheduled time and wasn't prepared for my appointment (after she canceled the week before without any communication about being sick - I showed up and waited for nothing) During my appointment she complained about being cold (as was I but again she was late to prep the building/room) and then didn't even provide a mirror to see the end result, just told me I was done and asked if my credit card was a "tap". I had to ask if I could look in the mirror across the room before paying. I had wanted to try this place for awhile, unfortunately I was left short of satisfied.
