Best hour of my month! Roni always always explains to be in words I can understand what products she’s using and why. I love going in and feeling relaxed and like I’m hanging out with a friend.

I had a derma peel for the first time… I had a derma peel for the first time and am feeling fabulous and fresh! Roni has lead the way for me to stick to a skin routine and my skin looks amazing. We started with her skin script line and regular facials and worked our way up to a medium depth peel. and I always look forward to visiting the salty mermaid again! 5 stars!

Kelsey was great! Had a great experience with Kelsey. She made me feel comfortable and explained each step she was doing! I had a back facial and absolutely loved it.

Canceled w/o communication and late to next apt Results of service (lash lift and brow wax) were decent but unfortunately, I felt the service provider was unprofessional and the service room itself was messy. The provider was late to my scheduled time and wasn't prepared for my appointment (after she canceled the week before without any communication about being sick - I showed up and waited for nothing) During my appointment she complained about being cold (as was I but again she was late to prep the building/room) and then didn't even provide a mirror to see the end result, just told me I was done and asked if my credit card was a "tap". I had to ask if I could look in the mirror across the room before paying. I had wanted to try this place for awhile, unfortunately I was left short of satisfied.

The key is details and Roni is the key master! Roni always does an amazing job for all my waxing sessions! This last session, she took the time to get all the little pesky hairs and did some additional strips when I thought we missed something. I love having my services done by her, she's such a funny person who makes each appointment something to look forward too! I'm a regular and don't see that changing any time soon!
