Canceled w/o communication and late to next apt Results of service (lash lift and brow wax) were decent but unfortunately, I felt the service provider was unprofessional and the service room itself was messy. The provider was late to my scheduled time and wasn't prepared for my appointment (after she canceled the week before without any communication about being sick - I showed up and waited for nothing) During my appointment she complained about being cold (as was I but again she was late to prep the building/room) and then didn't even provide a mirror to see the end result, just told me I was done and asked if my credit card was a "tap". I had to ask if I could look in the mirror across the room before paying. I had wanted to try this place for awhile, unfortunately I was left short of satisfied.

I had a derma peel for the first time… I had a derma peel for the first time and am feeling fabulous and fresh! Roni has lead the way for me to stick to a skin routine and my skin looks amazing. We started with her skin script line and regular facials and worked our way up to a medium depth peel. and I always look forward to visiting the salty mermaid again! 5 stars!

Girls’ piercing time! My daughter (12) and I both got our ears pierced. Her first, my second. And Roni was wonderful! She was very personable and made sure we knew as much as we wanted to know about the procedure.

My favorite waxer! Everything about this company is amazing. The atmosphere, the owner, the music, the place in general. Roni has truly put in the time and effort to make it an enjoyable experience and I am so grateful to have found her! She has always made sure I felt invited in, and always has the best stories to keep it light and fun. 100/10 recommend.

Therapy or waxing? Why not both? I have never felt so heard and supported. The care in making sure I'm comfortable and not nervous. The hilarious conversations. The ease of scheduling.
