No need to be scared I felt comfortable right as soon as I walked in the door! Everything was explained step by step. The room is cozy and I absolutely loved the ceiling decor. Service was fast and way less painful than I thought it would be. I highly recommend!

Kelsey rocks 🖤💗🤟🏼💗🖤 Kelsey did a fantastc job on my eyelashes. I am more than impressed. They are beautiful and she completed them much faster than I anticipated, which is always nice. Absolutely recommend and will certainly be going back.

Canceled w/o communication and late to next apt Results of service (lash lift and brow wax) were decent but unfortunately, I felt the service provider was unprofessional and the service room itself was messy. The provider was late to my scheduled time and wasn't prepared for my appointment (after she canceled the week before without any communication about being sick - I showed up and waited for nothing) During my appointment she complained about being cold (as was I but again she was late to prep the building/room) and then didn't even provide a mirror to see the end result, just told me I was done and asked if my credit card was a "tap". I had to ask if I could look in the mirror across the room before paying. I had wanted to try this place for awhile, unfortunately I was left short of satisfied.

I was really excited to find the Salty… I was really excited to find the Salty Mermaid Beauty Lounge when I moved to Ketchikan for the summer. Every treatment I had there from waxing to various different types of facials was perfect. I highly suggest booking an appointment with Roni, she's knowledgable, professional, personable, and funny. 10/10 will be going back if I am ever in the area again!
