They are up-to-date with all services, and there is some thing for everyone! I have received many different services there, including facials, lymphatic, drainage, massages, but cupping, and LED light treatments. Their new location is absolutely gorgeous and fits right in downtown Rutherford perfectly! Street parking is very accessible. This place is a must go, if you’re looking to treat yourself on any day!

The tranquil sounds and decor is gorgeous. The experience was great. The facial was very relaxing. Dana went above and beyond. She was so knowledgeable with every product she used on my skin. I originally found this business on… I originally found this business on Groupon and thought I would give it a shot. My first appointment for a facial was fine and I had no issues. I ended up purchasing additional treatments directly through them and probably spent over $500 in various treatments and products after the first facial. I purchased 2 skin brightening treatments & After my first skin brightening treatment the skin around the area was red and irritated and it seem to make the skin darker. It essentially felt like I was burned. I called and asked for a refund for the second skin brightening treatment I had purchased because I no longer wanted it due to my experience. I was told they do not give refunds even though I had not used the second one yet. I wasn’t even asking for a refund for the occasion where I was burned only for the unused treatment but I was told I had to pick another service, so I did. I picked a facial because I thought that would be safe since I had a good experience the first time with the Groupon facial I had purchased. Fast forward to my appointment for the facial that was scheduled for 11am. I arrived at 11:15 only to be told my appointment was forfeited due to their policies. Keep in mind this is an extremely busy street and they have no parking lot for their business. I was told I could not receive the service nor the amount I paid, not even as a store credit. They basically just kept my money! I would think they’d just deduct the 15 mins from my treatment time or charge a fee and ask me to reschedule but to completely cancel my appointment and keep the full amount I paid for the treatment seems unethical in my opinion! I understand that is their policy but a one time exception could have been made, especially for a return customer that has spent a good amount with your business, again only my opinion! I found this place in March and I had high hopes and thought I found a better solution since it’s closer to me than the other med spas I normally go to. Unfortunately, due to the experiences I described above and their policies I won’t be returning.
