So thankful I took a chance This is my second review but I had to tell what I experienced. I coached baseball form mu 8 year old and after practice found my legs swollen and both In a lot of pain. The medication I take is extended release. So facing the prospect of a long fight trying to get to bed I decided to but on both sleeves. After 20 mins the swelling was down and the pain mostly gone. The foot massager is very effective on… The foot massager is very effective on relieving the pain of neuropathy. The first two units I received were defective but the third one appears to be working properly. I tried to schedule a 15 minute orientation session on line but for some reason it was cancelled and I have been unable to connect and reschedule with someone named David Guardino, but I get no call backs, email responses or follow up emails (as promised) with a link to reschedule. Otherwise the customer service has been ok.

I'm well within the "90 day full refund guarantee", but the company only wanted to refund 60%! NO!!! That's not what your guarantee states. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.
