Glad I gave Nooro a try I have been using Nooro daily for about 2 weeks and it is helping with my mild peripheral neuropathy. I use it twice a day for about 15 minutes each time. Having tried it both with and without the electrically conductive gel, it is clear that the gel gives it a much stronger effect. Also, I find the experience relaxing, almost meditative, and oddly appealing.

I'm well within the "90 day full refund guarantee", but the company only wanted to refund 60%! NO!!! That's not what your guarantee states. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. I have purchased the foot massager which only worked for a few months (just past their 90 days guarantee) however I was in a private Facebook group that Nooro has and they were having this giveaway and I was the recipient of a new massager. The catch is that you have to purchase it, furnish the order number and will receive a refund. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately after complying with the instructions for my refund, I am being ghosted by the Nooro representative. No response to my emails, deleting my post on FB and restricting access to the group. I emailed customer service and was informed that I would be contacted within 24 hours. That hasn’t happened and it’s been 3 days. I will now have to contact my bank and dispute this. I personally have better things to do with my time than be tracking down a refund that was promised to me in writing via an email. Beware people.

We purchased the leg massager product… We purchased the leg massager product and after my wife used it a couple of times she stated that she can feel the bottoms of her feet for the first time in a long time. She has neuropathy in her legs. Also the leg massager product has eliminated the swelling that she use to get in her legs. Bottom line the product worked wonders for her and she uses it every day.
