I discovered Aspect through an… I discovered Aspect through an Instagram ad, and decided to give it a try since it was cheaper than other health and wellness apps out there. I'm so glad I did! Aspect has helped me understand how to eat properly and amplify my exercise routine. What sets Aspect apart is their true human coaching feature which is incredibly helpful in getting you where you need to be. The support team is out of this world, super helpful and pleasant to work with. I'd definitely recommend Aspect to anyone who is curious about their body and wants to manage their weight. It's a great tool that has helped me achieve my goals!

Learn About YOU I joined CGM monitoring with Aspect as I was looking to understand how my food choices impacted my body and what I have learned using the tools provided is much more than that. I have learned how movement, sleep and stress directly impact glucose levels in my system and working with my Aspect Coach I have been able to get tools to manage such impacts. I have also learned what I came to learn and now I have been able to draft a routine with food choices that allows my body to maintain stable levels of glucose having the effect of me feeling more energetic throughout the day and having more restful sleep at night, changing from a vicious to a virtuous cycle. I am still not done, so much to learn, I love how easy it is in the app to see my good days and try to replicate them. Also, with the follow up and great insights of my coach I will be able to expand my knowledge and change my behaviors to build sustainable habits for life.

Just bad:( Honestly everything ;) The manual was bad, there were lots of details missing. I installed device before a I got a chance to work with coach, and when we reached each other the device was almost done in terms of battery. There was no warning that battery will last only 2 days. The same goes, if I will not scan readings it will be lost. Awful experience. We even talked with coach about trying this path one more time but nobody reached me out again. Sooo bad

I received the product from my husband… I received the product from my husband as a Christmas gift. There was a bit of confusion as to who was starting the program but once that was cleared up the delivery and set up of the Dexcom was great. I was unable to set my discussion with the dietitian at the start of the program, and did it towards the end which was not very helpful, but she was informative. Once the program was over, I was looking forward to receiving the results report. Unfortunately, I waited over a month for my report, and that came after 2 text messages. My husband paid for 3 weeks, but in reality you get 2 weeks. The Dexcom can only remain in place for 2 weeks before needing to be replaced, but only 1 sensor is included. If the 3rd week is for the report to be completed, that should be stated in the description of the plan. Overall, I loved using the sensor and seeing how and what foods impacted my glucose levels. However the experience had many bumps in the road that made it less than noteworthy.
