GBI had an averae experience with… I had an averae experience with aspectapp.co. Nothing great to report here. Even though the website was quite navigatable, the speed wasn't so great and the user interface was ockak. The customer sservice was midle of the road. It wasn't a great experince but it was ok. They don't really stand out from the crowd. Some the features my have been a bit cool, but overall my experince was so-so. Nothing that would make me recommend them.

GBI've tried countless diet and fitness… I've tried countless diet and fitness plans in the past, and vjst of them required calorie tracking and crazy workouts that just didn't fit into my busy lifestyle/ Aspect don't require calorie tracking? and their coaches devise plans that are tailored to your lifestyle. It's a practical approach that actually works!

GBLearn About YOU I joined CGM monitoring with Aspect as I was looking to understand how my food choices impacted my body and what I have learned using the tools provided is much more than that. I have learned how movement, sleep and stress directly impact glucose levels in my system and working with my Aspect Coach I have been able to get tools to manage such impacts. I have also learned what I came to learn and now I have been able to draft a routine with food choices that allows my body to maintain stable levels of glucose having the effect of me feeling more energetic throughout the day and having more restful sleep at night, changing from a vicious to a virtuous cycle. I am still not done, so much to learn, I love how easy it is in the app to see my good days and try to replicate them. Also, with the follow up and great insights of my coach I will be able to expand my knowledge and change my behaviors to build sustainable habits for life.
