Long wait, zero service I had to wait 12 days to hear back from Keys2iPhone, only for them to tell me that my phone couldn't be unlocked and tried to up-sell me to a different service. Looks like the reviews for most carriers are good, but if you want a T-Mobile phone unlocked, go somewhere else.

100% iron clad guarantee means nothing to them Their site says they have a 100% iron clad guarantee and they claim they will you give you your money back if you aren't happy. I invoked this and the customer service rep was beyond rude. Think all caps emails that have no explanations and just say the word "NO." When I tried to post reviews on their "happy" facebook community, they blocked it. I think this site is kinda a scam or has the worst customer service policy I've ever experienced. I'd warn anyone away from them if possible.

awaiting iphone 6s+ unlock I sent a payment of $50 for iphone 6s+ unlock and waited patiently for two weeks now (order placed Oct 21, it is now Nov 4th). I tried to reach out through every facet that they have (website contact / email / facebook / paypal) but they have yet to respond whether or not they are still trying to unlock my phone or not? Update (11/10/15). They still have not responded to any communication and they simply submitted a trustpilot claim saying they have no record of me and my transaction. Clearly they received my paypal money and I've escalated the matter to paypal try and get a refund. Wasted three weeks on this trash company. Trust Pilot Claim below: ********** Keys2iPhone Unlocking Service for At&t iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S/C reported this review 6 days ago for the following reason(s): The company has no record of this reviewer **********

Fraud Alert!!! Fraud Alert!!!! Fraud Alert!!! Very important notice. This site is fraud and be informed that those giving the 5 start rating are part of fraud. I place and order for my iPhone 8 Plus to be unlocked and after weeks of waiting they email me saying the my phone couldn’t be unlocked. And I have been refunded. I check my account everyday till now and I see no refund. It been several weeks now and I haven’t receive any refund. One guy email me saying he will help me get my money back i gave him my IMEI and he couldn’t do anything about. Now they don’t respond to my emails. Please be careful who you pay money to online. Am convinced Keys2iphone is a fraud and no one should pay money to them to them expecting their phone to be unlocked.

iPhone 6 unlocked! As with others, I was skeptical, but within 3 days I received an email stating my iPhone 6 was unlocked from AT&T! Strangely, everywhere online states that iTunes displays a "congratulations" message if/when the unlock is successful. I never got this using iTunes 12 & iOS 8.4 on Mac. I factory-restored my phone several times and swapped SIMs but never got the message. However, I can confirm 100% the phone is unlocked as I tested it with another carrier SIM and was able to connect and access the carrier settings menus. Quality service. Thank you!
